BMBead Designs – Shipping Policy (Shopify Store)

Thank you for visiting and shopping at BMBead Designs! The following terms and conditions outline our shipping policy for all orders placed through our Shopify store.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Custom or made-to-order items may take additional time. Estimated processing times will be displayed on the product page.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another notification when your order has shipped.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.

Free Shipping

We may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders. These offers will be clearly displayed on our Shopify store and applied automatically at checkout when eligible.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • United States

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • BMBead Designs is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately at bmbeaddesigns@gmail.com.. We will do our best to update your order before it ships.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

  • Contact us within 5 days of delivery
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

We will work quickly to resolve the problem with a replacement or refund where appropriate.
